I'm Amy Zembriski

Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist. Mom. Wife & Public Speaker.

I’m a licensed speech-language pathologist, a mom, and a late-diagnosed ADHD adult. That combination gives me a unique lens for this work, one that blends professional expertise with deep empathy and lived experience. I understand what it’s like to juggle executive function challenges, both as a parent and as a clinician, and I bring that understanding into every session I offer.

Whether you're parenting a late talker, navigating picky eating, or supporting your autistic child, you are not alone. I see how hard you're trying, how many questions you have, and how much you just want to do right by your child. It can feel overwhelming, especially when you're not sure what the next step should be. That’s where I come in.

My approach is individualized, neurodiversity affirming, and grounded in safety to support each person’s unique strengths and needs. I specialize in supporting late talkers, picky eaters, autistic and ADHD children, gestalt language processors, and AAC users. I also work with autistic and ADHD adults who want to strengthen executive function skills, communication, and social connection in ways that feel authentic and aligned with who they are.

A key part of my approach is supporting foundational executive function skills like perception, attention, and working memory that allow children and adults to understand how to plan, organize, and other higher level executive function skills. These skills often become the missing piece that helps everything finally click. Parents and adults alike often tell me they feel such relief when they realize why things were so hard and how these supports can change daily life.

This work is deeply personal to me, not because I’ve always had the answers, but because I’ve learned through my own personal experiences, reflection, and growth. I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside many families and adults on their journeys, and I’ve also supported fellow professionals through workshops and trainings rooted in compassion and evidence-based practices.

No matter where you are in your journey, I’m here to support you. Let’s work together to create a path forward that feels right for you or your child.
